Itagaki, legendary creator of the Dead Or Alive series, has apparently let slip that a fifth in the series is on its way, so oxm.co.uk reports.
“Speaking at a 10 year anniversary event for the series, the developer also commented that he has the first in-game ‘play concepts’ in mind.Videogamesblogger.com went on to report that this title is set to drop the tag battles seen in previous versions although specific details with regard to probable formats, or indeed a prospective release date, were scant.”
It seems a bit strange that tag-battles would be dropped – if anything, that may turn away some fans of the series, such as myself, who thoroughly enjoyed tag team match ups, especially the way they took the focus off competitiveness, instead promoting intense teamwork, but either way, it looks as though the Microsoft and Tecmo partnership is set to continue.

Rated-M blog reports that the first Saint’s Row downloadable content is to be released on September 15. The content will be available via Xbox 360 kiosks for free, or you may have to fork over Microsoft Points to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Originally thought to be Playstation 3 exclusive, Assassin’s Creed has been officially announced as an upcoming Xbox 360 title. Assassin’s Creed looks to be a big hit for next
years lineup. Producer Jade Raymond had this to say in an interview with Gamespot:

Gamepro just informed us about a new 360 remote they were able to beta test. The new remote is said to have far more advanced sensitivity, especially in the rumble pack.

The next demo to grace Live will be 2K games FPS Prey.
According to OXM the demo will be coming out in the US on the 21st of June and later in the UK on the 22nd of June.
The demo is said to be both a singleplayer, and multiplayer romp, with almost an hours worth of singleplayer wispered.
